A couple recent posts; probably not of use to you, but it's on the internet anyway:
1) A post describing a C#/WPF project for a programming class, a client/server issue tracker. I wrote it to give advice on issues I faced while creating it. http://www.disavian.net/wpf-issue-tracker/
2) The text of my final paper for CS 4001, Computing and Society. If you've never heard of the DMCA, you may wish to look at it for a little, but it's really too long for an extended read unless you are particularly motivated. http://www.disavian.net/dmca-101/
Fun LJ trick: go to the Manage Friends page ( http://www.livejournal.com/friends/edit.bml
) and highlight all of your mutual followers (people that you follow that are also following you) in a certain color. That way, you can gloss over entries of people that don't care about you enough to follow you, and pay more attention to those that do.
You could get complex and use multiple colors for different types of friends if you wanted to, but I'm keeping it simple for now.(cross-posted to my blog)

Okay, my birthday party/Leigh's early birthday party/Leigh's going away party is on February 9. That means I have to get my/our butt(s) in gear and plan for the thing, because it's going to be the most awesome party, ever.
Being something of a stranger to parties where more than 5 people show up, what do you look for in a party? Details, please.
